Who's eligible?
The OHS Essentials Program is available to:
Victorian small businesses with 60 workers or fewer who have a WorkCover insurance policy
Sole traders who use contractors and have a WorkCover insurance policy
All Victorian farmers
For 2026, manufacturers in postcode 3175 with less than 200 employees, can register for the OHS essentials program.
